As with all of Melissa & Doug's products, this toy kitchen is made with non-toxic coatings and meets or exceeds US toy-testing standards. Hardware and special tools are included; you'll only need a slotted screwdriver and a Philips head screwdriver to get started.
This set will take several hours to put together, but with the detailed assembly guide, the process should be easy. The guide offers step-by-step written and visual instructions. Each step is clearly outlined on its own page and includes what hardware, tools, and components you'll need to complete that step. Each component is labeled with a letter and each piece of hardware is labeled with a number, so it will be easy to find what you need as you're building the kitchen.
